Find out about the NHS Record a vaccination service (RAVS), including how to onboard and who can use it. 

About the system

The Record a vaccination service (RAVS) allows you to record NHS vaccinations, including COVID-19, flu, pertussis and RSV. 

NHS England developed the service to make it easier and quicker to record vaccinations.


How to onboard

Community pharmacies

To use RAVS for COVID-19 or flu vaccinations, sign up on the Record a vaccination website.

Hospital hubs, vaccination centres and PCN groupings 

Your regions are responsible for inviting you to use the service.

If you want to use RAVS, contact your Regional Vaccination Operations Centre (RVOC).
