DM01: Monthly Diagnostics Waiting Times and Activity Data Provision Notice

The monthly diagnostics waiting times and activity diagnostics collection is the primary source for diagnostics waiting times and activity for 15 key diagnostics tests.  It is used to measure performance against the operational standard, that less than 1% of patients should wait 6 weeks or more for a diagnostics test.

All trusts who provide diagnostic test services (funded by the NHS).
