How we manage, monitor and review the application of this policy
Our Executive Management Team monitors this policy and makes sure all our policies are in line with external guidelines before they go to the Board.
This policy is reviewed every 3 years. It may be reviewed earlier to meet changes in legislation or NHS Digital’s business needs.
Record keeping will also be monitored by the Privacy, Transparency, Ethics and Legal (PTEL) records management function or via audit services.
