Integrated Urgent Care Aggregate Data Collections
Read the background to the Integrated Urgent Care Aggregate Data Collections to find submission dates and view user guidance for the Strategic Data Collection Service (SDCS) for General Collection.
Background to the collection
Information about NHS 111 and integrated urgent care services has been collected weekly through the NHS 111 Minimum Data Set since 2011 (including a daily collection of key items during the winter months) with more detailed data items collected through the Integrated Urgent Care Aggregate Data Collection (IUC ADC) since 2019.
These collections monitor the effectiveness of integrated urgent care services commissioned by the NHS in England through the NHS 111 single entry point and are used to monitor the Integrated urgent care: key performance indicators.
Launch and submission dates
The monthly collection will open on the first working day of every month at 4am and close on the 16th day of each month at midnight. This will be to collect data for the previous month.
The weekly collection, which is a subset of the monthly collection, will open every Monday at 6am and close at 3pm, collecting data for the previous week.
There might be exceptions when the collection windows fall on a bank holiday, which will be communicated to registered submitters.
