Quality Outcomes and Framework QOF publications

The Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF) is a voluntary reward and incentive programme. It rewards GP practices, in England, for the quality of care they provide to their patients and helps standardise improvements in the delivery of primary care. The results are published every year.

We have developed an online database to find the results of your local GP practice and to report the latest annual QOF points. You can also use the database to compare your local GP practice with other GP practices locally, or across England.

QOF dashboard

These dashboards include:

management of some of the most common chronic conditions, for example asthma and diabetes
management of major public health concerns, for example smoking and obesity
providing preventative services such as screening or blood pressure checks
