Deferred Payment Agreements (DPA) webinar slides 2024 - 2025

Data to be submitted via SDCS portal to NHS Digital by 5pm on 2 July 2025.

Validation reports will be available on the 16 July 2025 to all councils that submitted by the deadline.

Final deadline for resubmitting data is by 5pm 13 August 2025.

Similar to previous years, an enhanced validation report (Data Quality report sent by the Social Care Team) will be issued following the first submission window, with as quick a turnaround as possible.

We have the facility for two named submitters to be listed on the Strategic Data Collections Service (SDCS) system for each local authority. Email the  data collections team with details of a back-up person and state it’s for the DPA collection.

Other documents for the 2024-25 collection (dummy template not for completion, and guidance) are available on our social care collections webpage.

Submitters must use the latest 2024-2025 template for their collection data (only downloadable from SDCS), this version will only be accepted by the system.

The data collection window will close at 5pm on the mandated deadline day (2 July) and then reopen after the data quality reports have been sent out (16 July).

There will then be a period during which you will be able to resubmit your data, should you wish to do so. This is not compulsory but may be helpful. This service is available until the close of this validation period and this will be the Final Deadline of 5pm 13 August.

No data will be accepted after the final deadline.
