Community Services Data Set - Community Pilot

The purpose of this pilot is to develop and test the collection of a core subset of the Community Services Data Set (CSDS) into a granular daily data collection, which is intended to lead to improvements in the timeliness of data available to support system and local care planning, operational management and improving health and care outcomes for patients.

Only specified providers of publicly funded community health services are asked to submit data as part of this pilot in their capacity as early adopter organisations. If you would like your organisation to take part in this pilot as an early adopter, please contact [email protected].
