This update corrected an error in tables 12b and 13b, where data for 2 local authorities (St Helens and Buckinghamshire) was incorrectly appearing as zero.
Regional and national figures were not affected.
COVER data was not affected by this issue. The main report and dashboard were not affected.

Summary
This statistical report, co-authored with Public Health England (PHE), reports childhood vaccination coverage statistics for England in 2020-21.
Data relates to the routine vaccinations offered to all children up to the age of 5 years, derived from the Cover of Vaccination Evaluated Rapidly (COVER). Additional information on children aged 2 and 3 vaccinated against seasonal flu are collected from GPs through PHE's ImmForm system.
Highlights
Vaccine coverage in 2020-21 shows small changes compared to 2019-20
Of the 13 vaccine coverage measures, where a comparable figure is available:
5-in-1 coverage at 5 years remains above 95% target
Coverage at 5 years in 2020-21 was 95.2%, the same as it was in 2019-20.
MMR1 coverage remains below the 95% target*
