NHS Sickness Absence Rates February 2021, Provisional Statistics

Sickness absence rates for English NHS staff are calculated by dividing the “Full Time Equivalent (FTE) Number of Days Sick” (including non-working days) by the “FTE Number of Days available” for each month, quarter or year from the absence dimension within the ESR Data Warehouse.
