Cancer Pathway Dataset

The Cancer Pathway Dataset(CPD) provides a summary of events on the patient pathway, in a uniform format, for cancer registrations in the National Cancer Registration Dataset.

About the Cancer Pathway Dataset

The Cancer Pathway Dataset (CPD) contains events on the cancer patient pathway (e.g. surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy) from January 2013 to the most recently complete year of available data on cancer diagnoses within the National Cancer Registration Data (NCRD).

Data access

The Cancer Pathway Dataset is available in the cancer consolidated product through the Data Access Request Service.

Event definitions and build code

A HTML document detailing the event definitions for cancer events

Change log

A CSV file explaining changes to the SQL code which generates the CP events
