The International Clearinghouse for Birth Defects Surveillance and Research brings together birth defect surveillance and research programmes from around the world with the aim of investigating and preventing birth defects and lessening the impact of their consequences.
First established in 1974, the organisation now has 42 member programmes worldwide.
ICBDSR and NCARDRS
The National Congenital Anomalies and Rare Disease Registration Service (NCARDRS) is a member of the ICBDSR.
