Issues with my invite email
If you have not received an email inviting you to use Apply for Care ID, check your junk or spam folder.
If it’s not in there, go back to the person that invited you into the process to see if they can resend the email.
If the email does not seem to be sending, there may be a technical issue, so email the service desk at [email protected], including your application ID and full details of the issue in the email.
My email link has expired
If your email has expired you do not need to do anything. The person who invited you to start the process will see your application link has expired and they will send a new link.
If you do not receive a new link within a few days, you can contact them and them to resend you a new link. You can do this by emailing them using the email address included in your invitation email.
Do not contact the National Service Desk email address, the central team cannot resend your invitation.
I keep getting an error when I select the link
You will most likely be seeing this error because you are trying to access the service from outside of the UK. Unfortunately, you cannot access this service from overseas. You must complete your application on your return.
Contact the person that invited you to let them know about the delay to completing your application, their email address will be included in your invitation email.
Do not contact the National Service Desk email address, this team will not be able to contact your inviter on your behalf.
