Frequently used reports in Care Identity Management
How to use reports to find some of the most common types of report requested by Registration Authority users.
Access reports by selecting the 'View reports' tile on the Care Identity Management start page.
Users with no email on their profile
Select the 'Users' report.
On the 'User reports' screen, select the 'Email held' filter. To find users with no email on their profile, deselect 'Yes'.
Users with multiple smartcards
Select the 'Smartcards' report.
On the 'Smartcard reports' screen, select the 'Cards per user' filter. To find users with more than one smartcard:
- choose 'Select all' at the top of the filter
- deselect '0' and '1' to filter out users with no smartcard or just 1 smartcard
Series 4, 5 and 6 smartcards
Series 4, 5 and 6 smartcards are being deprecated. Read the deprecation notice.
To find these smartcards in your organisation, select the 'Smartcards' report.
On the 'Smartcard reports' screen, select the 'Smartcard type' filter. Within this filter:
- 'Gemplus' indicates series 4 smartcards
- 'Gemplus JCOP41' (without a space) indicates series 5 smartcards
- 'Gemplus JCOP 41' (with a space) indicates series 6 smartcards
Of the other options, 'Oberthur' indicates series 8 smartcards and 'PIV' indicates series 9.
