About Feature Focus
Feature Focus is a regular collaborative session organised by the Care Identity Service team, primarily for Registration Authorities.
The sessions are used to:
- gather requirements from users at an early stage, to inform the design of new features
- present recently released features, to understand how they can be improved in subsequent releases
- introduce policy, process or guidance to the RA community
- provide a two-way conversation between central software delivery teams and local implementers, to surface improvements and issues as early as possible
The session is run first on Tuesday and repeated on Thursday.
We find it works better if we use real examples, so we might ask for a volunteer to share their screen for a live demo during the session. You can contribute as much or as little as you like - speak up with ideas and feedback, write your comments in the chat, contact us afterward via [email protected] or nominate yourself or your team for future usability testing. If you prefer just to watch, we’re fine with that too.
