Summary
We are carrying out an upgrade to the Spine Directory Service (SDS) DEX hosts on Saturday 19 July 2025 between 10:00am and 11:00am.
This upgrade will provide greater observability of both system connectors to our Directory Services, and specific queries in use. This will allow us to more safely manage future Directory Services upgrades, and service stability.
Impact
Within the upgrade window there will be a 5-minute outage across all SDS DEX hosts. During the outage you will be unable to connect to the hosts or run searches, until they are back up.
Authentication will not be affected.
