NHS Apply for Care ID release 3.5.0

This is to notify you that release 3.5.0 will be completed on 10 February 2025.

For applicants

We have added an image cropper for applicants, so they can ensure that their photo is more likely to be accepted.

They can also see a preview of this photo, so that they can change it if they're not happy with it. 

If you have an RA manager or agent role and you would like to request a new domain to be added, check the CIS allow-list first, and then complete a webform request.

Errors after the release

There is a small chance that after this release, visitors to Apply for Care ID may receive a blank screen or loading error. If this happens, please try these steps:

• force a reload of the page - ctrl F5
• clear your browsers cache - a quick way to do this is Ctrl+Shift+Delete
