Care Identity Management release 7.14
Release planned for 3 March 2025.
Release summary
Care Identity Management release 7.14 goes live on 3 March 2025, subject to final testing.
This release adds the ability to create two new types of user profile:
- Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
- Temporary Access Card (TAC)
Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
RPA is used to automate a range of administrative functions. RPA can automate high volume, rule-based, repeatable tasks, delivered just like human counterparts.
You can:

Temporary Access Card (TAC)
TACs are used to avoid users losing access out of hours or in emergency settings.

Errors after the release
There is a small chance that after this release, visitors to Care Identity Management may receive a blank screen or loading error. If this happens, please try these steps:
- force a reload of the page - press Ctrl + F5 (on some computers this can be Fn + F5)
- clear your browser's cache - press Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + Delete
