Care Identity Management release 7.15
Release planned for 4 March 2025.
Release summary
Care Identity Management release 7.15 goes live on 4 March 2025, subject to final testing.
This release opens reporting functionality to sponsors and ID checkers.
Reports available
Sponsors will now have access to these reports:
- smartcards
- positions
ID checkers will now have access to these reports:
- users
- requests
- smartcards
- positions

Why we are doing this
We hope that adding to the roles that can access reports will make it easier for organisations to identify older version smartcards, which are being deprecated during 2025.

Errors after the release
There is a small chance that after this release, visitors to Care Identity Management may receive a blank screen or loading error. If this happens, please try these steps:
- force a reload of the page - press Ctrl + F5 (on some computers this can be Fn + F5)
- clear your browser's cache - press Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + Delete
