Care Identity Management release 7.21

Care Identity Management release 7.21 goes live on 31 March 2025, subject to final testing. 

This release includes improvements to Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Temporary Access Card (TAC) profiles.

These profiles can now be edited, including their name and contact details. We've also added new filter options to search results so that you can show only RPA or TAC profiles.

We expect there to be no downtime during the release.

Errors after the release

There is a small chance that after this release, visitors to Care Identity Management may receive a blank screen or loading error. If this happens, please try these steps:

• force a reload of the page - press Ctrl + F5 (on some computers this can be Fn + F5)
• clear your browser's cache - press Ctrl + Shift + Delete
