Care Identity Management release 7.33

Care Identity Management release 7.33 is planned for 22 May 2025, subject to final testing.

This release temporarily disables the face recognition functionality that was introduced to self-service smartcard unlock in release 7.32. We hope to reinstate this functionality as soon as possible.

The release also includes a fix for an issue identified with the service's job scheduler related to position assignments.

We expect there to be no downtime during the release.

Errors after the release

There is a small chance that after this release, visitors to Care Identity Management may receive a blank screen or loading error. If this happens, please try these steps:

• force a reload of the page - press Ctrl + F5 (on some computers this can be Fn + F5)
• clear your browser's cache - press Ctrl + Shift + Delete
