Care Identity Management release 7.37
Planned maintenance release on 5 June 2025.
Release summary
Care Identity Management release 7.37 goes live on 5 June 2025, subject to final testing.
This release adds the first phase of a new type of report, showing all active authenticators in an organisation, including non-smartcard authenticators.
We expect there to be no downtime during the release.
New authenticators report
We're adding a new report type, 'Authenticators'.
The fields that you can see in this report are:
- UUID
- First name
- Last name
- Authenticator type
- Device ID
This is the first phase of this report and we'll be improving it with more data soon. For example, the report does not yet show:
- smartcards with invalid certificates, even if those smartcards appear as active in a user's profile
- non-smartcard authenticators registered before the start of 2025
- device IDs for non-smartcard authenticators
Smartcards report
The existing smartcards report is still available, but we intend the new authenticators report to fully replace the smartcards report in a future release (the combined report will include all the data from both reports).

Errors after the release
There is a small chance that after this release, visitors to Care Identity Management may receive a blank screen or loading error. If this happens, please try these steps:
- force a reload of the page - press Ctrl + F5 (on some computers this can be Fn + F5)
- clear your browser's cache - press Ctrl + Shift + Delete
