Care Identity Management release 7.47

Care Identity Management release 7.47 goes live on 4 August 2025, subject to final testing. 

This release makes it possible for Registration Authority users to update unverified user profiles. This will allow all the details of these users to be changed, where previously only their contact details could be changed. Read more about how this works.

The release also includes backend changes and incident fixes.

We expect there to be no downtime during the release.

Errors after the release

There is a small chance that after this release, visitors to Care Identity Management may receive a blank screen or loading error. If this happens, please try these steps:

• force a reload of the page - press Ctrl + F5 (on some computers this can be Fn + F5)
• clear your browser's cache - press Ctrl + Shift + Delete
