Interview based assessment of organisation capability readiness for cloud adoption across multiple functional domains. This service helps establish the starting point and enablement journey for the essential organisation capabilities required to manage cloud.

The Cloud Maturity Assessment evaluates the current state maturity of cloud implementation in an organisation and the desired target state from two key perspectives: technical and non-technical capabilities.

Following the evaluation, the Cloud Maturity Assessment develops a reasonable and actionable roadmap to achieve the desired outcome of cloud benefits.
