Tailor Made Technologies – CareConnect is a fully cloud-based comprehensive telephony solution – specifically designed for medical centres, GPs, and primary care networks.

The CareConnect solution saves healthcare professionals' time by displaying all data in a single interface, avoiding swapping between systems to view up-to-date information. By integrating data from multiple systems (such as SystemOne, Emis, and PCH Hub) into a single dialling and telephony solution.

Deliver a fully shared system for hubs within a PCN, allowing practices to rapidly access the information required
- display the information required when a call is answered. By using a fully integrated middleware solution, all details from numerous internal systems can be displayed to the call handler. Allowing the details of a related person (family, care receiver, etc.) to be easily accessible from a mobile number, even if the data is stored across different systems

Implementation
Implementation is always bespoke to the requirements of the practice / medical centre / PCN, but always focussed on ensuring the smoothest transition from the current solution
Although bespoke, implementation will include as standard:
- on site surveys are provided by the senior installation engineer free of charge
- dedicated project manager responsible for the entire project
- on-site or off-site preparation and programming
- on-site switchover – access required for all rooms requiring telephony service on the day of switchover
- on site training for all staff, with additional training sessions available upon request
- porting all existing telephone numbers
- ongoing service desk support from our in-house team
