Navigating the employer portal

You can use the search box at the top of the employer portal start page to search for Digital Staff Passport users at any stage of their sign-up or use of the service. This means you can search for a user without knowing the status of their Digital Staff Passport.

Select 'Identity and access' to verify identities, manage access to the service, invite staff to register and create new passports.

Note: this option is only available to Senior Portal Administrators and Portal Administrators.

Select 'Staff passports' to view all staff members who have been given access to this organisation's Digital Staff Passport portal.

Select 'Reviewed staff passports' to view all staff members who have cleared employment checks and are now current employees.

The right-hand side of the 'Identity and access' and 'Staff passports' boxes gives an indication of how many activities are outstanding for those in the signing up process and those who have an existing Digital Staff Passport but require further action.
