HSCN consumer handbook
This consumer handbook provides Health and Social Care Network (HSCN) consumers with a guide to the services provided and managed by the HSCN service providers.
The handbook defines the agreed procedures to be followed for the ongoing management and maintenance of their HSCN service. It is structured to provide a general description of the HSCN service, the incident reporting process, and information on the roles and responsibilities of key parties within the HSCN model.
