PLUS is a fully-automated service. Simply put your file containing participant data into a designated SEFT (Secure Electronic File Transfer) folder. We'll automatically read the file, run it through the PLUS service, and update the information within a short timeframe. You'll receive a notification once the update is complete, with the results placed in a designated output folder.

PLUS helps you avoid the risk of sending communications to deceased participants, minimising distress to loved ones. By verifying life status and updating contact information, we ensure that your messages reach active participants in a timely manner.

Our PLUS service complements our Communication Service by ensuring your messages land in the right hands. Together, they form a powerful combination for driving your trial forward.
