Sign up to start using Register with a GP surgery

NHS GP practices in England can sign up in NHS Profile Manager to start using Register with a GP surgery. The process takes around 10 minutes to complete. 

Once you've enrolled with the service you'll be given a:

• unique link to add to your practice website
• test patient profile to check it's working correctly
• link to download a copy of the updated paper registration form (PRF1) - this replaces the GMS1 form for practices using our service
