I want to use the Terminology Server in a Community, possibly authoring our own content

The following training will help you to start working in Communities and also authoring your own content.

If you're new to the NHS England Terminology Server you may first want to read our training titled I am new to the Terminology Server and expect to use it as a source of information.

Note that when you self-register for an account, you will be granted consumer (read-only) permissions only. If you want to start authoring content, you will need to apply for an Author account by emailing [email protected]. If you want to create your own community then you will also need to request a Community Author permission.

It is not anticipated that users in private organisations will author content on NHS England’s Terminology Server, except where they are working directly in partnership with an NHS public body. If you work for a private organisation, please first self-register for an account and ask your contact in the NHS public body you are working with to email [email protected] to request Author (read/write) permissions to be added to your account.

If you need would like to add or update content on the terminology server, contact [email protected].
