Data to be published
Where, pursuant to section 260(1) of the 2012 Act, NHS England publishes information obtained by complying with the Directions, it will do so in the form and manner agreed with the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, that being publication of anonymous statistical data (with small numbers supressed) in accordance with the Code of Practice for Statistics.
