Surplus land data collection Direction 2018

A Direction given by the Secretary of State for Health requiring NHS Digital to establish and operate a system for the collection and analysis of information related to NHS surplus land.

Mandatory Request to NHS Digital; estates and facilities data collection

A mandatory request that NHS Digital establish and operate a system for the collection and analysis of information related to the NHS estates and facilities management, in particular the Estates Return Information Collection (ERIC), on behalf of NHS Improvement's estates and facilities management Team.

NHS Model Hospital

The Model Health System is a data-driven improvement tool that supports health and care systems to improve patient outcomes and population health. It incorporates the Model Hospital, which provides hospital provider-level benchmarking.

Governance of information standards

Following the introduction of the Data Alliance Partnership, a new governance structure has been put in place to provide oversight of the assurance and approval of information standards, data collections and data extractions (ISCE) across health and adult social care.
