How to change the organisation your account is registered to
If you have moved employment, or your trust has merged
1. Login to NHS England Applications  https://apps.model.nhs.uk
2. Click your username in the top right corner and select My Account.
3. Click on Change next to personal details to change your account details including name, email, role and organisation, or click Change next to your password or security question to change these.
4. If you are logged into any NHS England applications when you make this change then you will need to logout and back in again for the change to take effect.
How to change the name of the organisation you enter data for
Contact the business team for the collection and ask for the organisation to be changed.
Users do not have to be a member of the organisation that they are entering data for, they may be able to enter data for more than one organisation, and more than one user may enter data for the same organisation.
