Data Collections Framework (DCF)

To use the Data Collection Framework (DCF) you will need to register for a new account. 

You can register for a new account using  https://apps.model.nhs.uk/register 

You will need to use your nhs.net or nhs.uk email address. 

If you have not received an activation or password reset email we recommend you:

• check your junk email
• check you have used the correct email you used to register your account 

If you can not find an activation or password reset you can contact the National Service Desk using the email account that you registered with. 

You can reset your password or unlock an account by clicking the Need help signing in link on the login screen. 

If the Login screen flags that your account is suspended or locked.

Raise a ticket with the National Service Desk using the email account that you registered with. 

If you no longer need to enter data to this collection

Send an email to the business management team for the collection, advising them that you no longer require access. This will enable them to remove you access, and if necessary, arrange for someone else to submit data.
