Part of Digital pathways tools guidance and next steps for 2024/25
Action for regions/ICBs
The NHSE PCARP Programme Board needs assurance that all practices have digital tools in place that meet their needs and ICBs can access the funding which supports delivery of the Modern General Practice Model.
In order to assess the national picture to enable planning and future resource requirements, regions are leading the process. They will work with their ICBs and their hub representative, to review and complete the pre-populated digital tools template/plan, outlining the deployment and optimisation of digital tools to enable Modern General Practice. These must be:
- produced collaboratively and signed off by ICBs and PCNs
- signed off by the Hub
- plans agreed by Regions and ICB by noon 17 May 2024
- confirmed by regions and shared with the Hub ([email protected]) on behalf of the national Digital Primary Care team by noon 24 May 2024
This information will enable regions to work with ICBs to continually improve understanding of how the full suite of new and improved digital capabilities (including digital telephony) are being deployed and utilised.
To reduce burden pre-populated templates/plans including information previously supplied to HUB have been included with the email.
