The NHS England national commercial and procurement hub will continue to provide enhanced advice and support for digital tool contracts. This is a free to use service for primary care.

The hub will:

  • provide advice on available procurement routes
  • manage your procurements
  • provide support, information, advice and guidance at each step of the way

This includes:

  • understanding the requirements through to buying the right solution
  • drafting the contract
  • ongoing advice guidance and assistance

The hub is continuously gathering insight and intelligence into the market. This includes:

  • intelligence and descriptions of the capabilities each supplier meets. These are available in the hub supplier resource library
  • market changes and information about supplier products and developments
  • supplier experiences of working with the NHS
  • what is interesting and exciting to suppliers, and what are they finding challenging

The hub can also act on your behalf. They can investigate and resolve issues with suppliers if:

  • you are experiencing a contractual performance issue
  • or want advice on how to exit a contract
