Getting stuck during registration when you enter your security code
What to do if you are registering for Digital Staff Passport and you get stuck after entering your security code.
The issue
You are trying to register for Digital Staff Passport, and you enter your security code.
Nothing happens when you select 'Continue' and you're no longer able to proceed.
Likely cause
The service generates a pop-up after the security key is entered. That pop-up may be being blocked by your browser settings.
What to do
At the moment only users of the Safari browser have reported this issue. If you are using Safari you can try changing your browser settings to stop pop-ups from being blocked. Read instructions on how to do this.
For the iOS mobile Safari browser:
- Open your iPhone settings
- Use the search box to search for 'Block Pop-ups'
- Find the Safari 'Block Pop-ups' setting
- Switch off 'Block Pop-ups'
