When you are provided with a new credential by a trust, you have the option of rejecting it if contains incorrect information.
Follow the steps in this user guide until you reach the screen where you're asked to accept or reject a credential. You'll see that 'Credential contains incorrect information' is one of the options available.
This will alert the trust's HR team that there is incorrect information in your credential. If they're able to correct it themselves they will reissue the credential. If not they'll get in touch to ask you for the correct information.
