I've had an invitation to sign up from more than one trust and I do not know which to use

You have received 2 or more email invitations to join the Digital Staff Passport service, from different NHS trusts.

Your current employer has invited you to join Digital Staff Passport so they can provide you with your credentials for if or when you move to a new NHS trust.

In parallel, your new employer has also invited you to join Digital Staff Passport so that you can share the credentials you've received from your current employer, so they can clear you for pre-employment checks.

Step 1

Look at the NHS trust name in each email invitation.

In the email from the trust at which you are currently employed, select the link to 'START NOW'. This is the trust that will provide you with your employment information in the form of credentials.

Step 2

After your current employer has provided you with your credentials, you can then use the 'START NOW' link in the email from the other trust (the trust you are moving to).
