Referring organisations - support materials for using the NHS e-Referral Service (e-RS)

The page provides access to various materials to help referring users understand functionality and processes within the NHS e-Referral Service (e-RS).

The support materials including any patient information detailed on this page are fictional. The materials have been created using simulated environments which mirrors web-based e-RS.

Any guides using integrated GP systems should be requested from the specific system supplier.

Some of the videos on this page are being revised to accommodate new screen layout changes and will be published when completed. These screen enhancements have not changed any functionality within e-RS.

Please contact [email protected] if further support is required.
