Log in with an NHS.net email and site selection

Logging in to 'Manage Your Appointments' and selecting your site(s).

How to log in

You will be sent an email to confirm you have access to the service. 

  1. Access the Manage Your Appointments service.
  2. Log in with your NHS.net email address and password.
  3. Complete your NHS.net multi-factor authentication.
  4. Accept the terms of use if it is the first time you are logging in.

If you haven't used the service in a while, you'll be asked to sign in again. This is a safety feature to reduce any unauthorised access.


How to log in with a [email protected] email address

You can now access Manage Your Appointments using email addresses stated on the NHS Care Identity email domain allow list via OKTA log in.

  1. Once you have been invited to Manage Your Appointments, you will receive a welcome email for Manage Your Appointments. Click the link provided in the email.

  1. Click ‘Sign in to service with Other Email’ to sign in with your existing OKTA account.

  1. You will be prompted to log in via OKTA using your existing OKTA log in. You will also see options to reset your password if you cannot remember your password.

  1. Once you have successfully logged in and accepted the terms of use, you will be able to access Manage Your Appointments.

  1. Once you have been invited to Manage Your Appointments, you will receive two emails: a ‘Welcome to the NHS Manage Your Appointments service’ email and a ‘Your request for a NHS England Applications account has been approved’ email.
  2. In the ‘Your request for a NHS England Applications account has been approved’ email, click the link below to complete your OKTA registration.

  1. Set up your OKTA account by select your security method, setting your password and selecting your security question.

  1. You will then be logged into OKTA

  1. Return to your inbox and open your ‘Welcome to the NHS Manage Your Appointments service’ email and select the log in link.

  1. Click ‘Sign in to service with Other Email’ to sign in with your existing OKTA account.

  1. Once you have successfully logged in and accepted the terms of use, you will be able to access Manage Your Appointments.

How to select your site

  1. Once you've logged in, you will be asked to choose a site.
  2. If you have multiple sites, you can also search for your site in the search bar, using any word in the site name or the exact site ODS code.

You can also view a site from the list by clicking 'View' beside the site.
