View appointments

Make sure you have added availability first before using this functionality. Weeks start on a Monday.

1. Select appropriate site.

2. Click on 'View availability' in the top menu or the 'View availability and manage appointments for your site' at the bottom of the landing page.

3. You will be shown the number of booked and unbooked appointments by service type for the next month, starting with the current week.

4. Click on 'View week' to see the booked and unbooked appointments for one week.

5. You will see the time of the session, service type and number of booked and unbooked appointments.

6. Click on 'View daily appointments' to see the list of people who have booked for a particular day.

7. You will be able to view important patient information:

• Name
• NHS number
• Date of birth
• Contact details
• Vaccine/Service

8. You can also view cancelled appointments for any day in the 'Cancelled' tab.
