Site manager checklist for managing a vaccination site

The steps a site manager should take when setting up and managing a vaccination site on Q-Flow.

Updating and checking the site details

  1. Check the site details (address, name, ODS code etc) are correct - manage site details.
  2. Add the age cohorts the site can vaccinate - set age-based attributes.
  3. Update transport attributes - set transport attributes.
  4. Update accessibility attributes - set accessibility attributes.
  5. Add in the sites longitude and latitude - check longitude and latitude. This will be used to tell people booking appointments how far the site is from their address. 
  6. Add or update new users to the site.
  7. Create appointment availability create appointment availability user guides.

Making your NBS availability visible online

Once you have checked your site details, updated attributes and added appointment availability you are ready to set your site online. Go to Design > Content > Content Management to set ‘Online’ status to ‘True’. This will allow a site to begin receiving bookings from the public. 

It can take up to six hours to go live.
