National Diabetes Audit (NDA) Core: Submitting data on the Clinical Audit Platform
Before you start
Submitting data to the National Diabetes Audit (NDA) is done via the Clinical Audit Platform (CAP); a secure, web-based platform supported and hosted by NHS England.
Note this guide is for submitting individual records into CAP. For uploading bulk files, see the bulk file upload guidance.
To submit data to the collection, you must first register by creating an NHS England Single Sign On (SSO) account and submitting the NDA user registration form.
