CYP006 Social and Personal Circumstances
This data group can be used by WMS providers to capture the religion and/or the sexual orientation of a patient via SNOMED CT.
Every CYP006 Social and Personal Circumstances record must have an associated CYP001 patient record included in a submission file.
LOCAL PATIENT IDENTIFIER (EXTENDED)
This is a mandated data item; the record will be rejected if it is not included within this group.
This data item is used for linkage back to the CYP001 Master Patient Index and Risk Indicators group.

SOCIAL AND PERSONAL CIRCUMSTANCE (SNOMED CT)
This is a mandated data item within CYP006; the record will be rejected if it is not included within this group.
This data item can be used to collect the following information:
RELIGIOUS OR OTHER BELIEF SYSTEM AFFILIATION GROUP CODE
