Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training on Learning Disability and Autism Data Collection guidance
Integrated care boards (ICBs), NHS trusts and other providers delivering the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training on Learning Disability and Autism, will have access to the Data Collection Framework (DCF) to directly submit training data. This collection will capture data at the provider level to get a clear picture of how the training is being implemented and its impact.
NHS England will analyse the data and provide performance statistics and trends to Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training on Learning Disability and Autism Programme Team for reporting and support purposes.
This information will enable NHS England (NHS E) to measure the program's effectiveness and track progress toward its goals. Enabling reporting on value for money standard compliance/non-compliance, inform future commissioning intentions, the continuation of mandatory training and improve patient experience and outcomes.
The ICB (or the organisations delegated by the ICB) will be responsible for returning provider level data and ICB level aggregated data.
If the ICB is submitting data on behalf of a provider, the ICB will ensure that the Provider is sighted and approves of the data submitted on their behalf.
