Tier 1 (T1) of the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training is for people who require general awareness of the support autistic people or people with a learning disability may need.
Tier 2 (T2) of the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training provides more detailed learning for those who may need to provide care and support for autistic people or people with a learning disability.

1.4 Is your organisation registered with CQC?
Select Yes or No this tells us whether your organisation falls under the Health and Care Act 2022 and are required to provide Learning Disability and Autism Training appropriate to role. No will normally apply to and ICB who will submit data for their own organisation and for training delivered to organisations that are not part of the NHS.
1.5 Has your organisation officially committed to delivering Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training on Learning Disability and Autism?
If your organisation is offering Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training to staff the answer is yes. If your organisation is not intending to deliver Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training is delivering or had decided to wait until a later date, please answer no. If your organisation has previously delivered Olivers Training and has decided to stop then answer Yes in the March return and submit the data requested up to the end of March 25. For the April return select No and advise when the decision was made in the “If no please share your reasons box”

If your organisation has decided not to deliver Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training, please outline the reasons for the decision and if there are any dependencies for example if you are waiting for the code of practice or have an alternative training package already in place.
