Appendix A - Cancer classifications codes
Table 1: Cancer classification coding list used for this report, based on ICD-O-3 Primarily based on the International Classification of Childhood Cancer, Third edition (ICCC-3) and then modified and expanded to allow more detailed analyses; to accommodate morphology codes that have been introduced in the first and second revisions of ICD-O-3; and to cover the most common sites for tumours in the teenage and young adult age range.
