Create reports
How to create screening batch history and non-responders reports in the Cervical Screening Management System (CSMS).
Screening history batch download report
You can create a screening batch history download report in CSMS via the Reports menu option. Click on Screening history batch download report.

There are 2 options available to generate a report:

1. Manually add NHS numbers
Select this option then enter each NHS number as required. You can remove an NHS number from the list at any time.
Once all required NHS numbers have been entered, select View report to display on the screen. Select Download history to generate a CSV file available in your download folder.
2. Upload file of NHS numbers
Select this option to upload a file of NHS numbers. The maximum number of NHS numbers allowed per report is 100.
From your local system, select the file you wish to upload, then View report to see a summary on screen. Select Download history to generate a CSV file of screening history for the NHS numbers uploaded.
Non-responders report
This report is for GP practices to be able to identify all non-responders within their practice at the point in time the report is run.
This does not replace any reports already available to GPs, but provides the ability to identify non-responders beyond the current 8 week reporting functionality which is available via the Notifications tab (patients who have not responded list).
You can create a Non-responders report in CSMS via the Reports menu option. Click on Non-responders report.

Next, click on Download CSV.

A CSV file will be generated including all participants currently registered at your GP practice who:
- have not responded to their most recent cervical screening invite and are now more than 6 months overdue
- have been ceased due to age but were non-responders at the time of ceasing and are still under 65 years old
This list can be used for local communications or campaigns to help increase uptake of cervical screening.
The use of this report is optional.
When you are finished, you must securely log out by clicking Logout at the top right of the page.
Closing the browser window or removing your smartcard from the reader will not log you out of CSMS.
