NHS organisations can tap into several resources to accelerate their cloud journeys:

1. NHS England's Cloud Centre of Excellence (CCoE) provides critical guidance on cloud strategies, architectures, adoption roadmaps, and governance. Their FinOps forums share best practices on cost optimisation and cloud financial management.

2.  Cloud service providers offer NHS-tailored solutions to rapidly build secure, compliant landing zones using best practice blueprints. Their training, certification and talent programs help rapidly upskill NHS teams on cloud skills. They also provide credits, architectural reviews.

3. A system integrators bring deep expertise in cloud migrations, application modernisation, and managed services. Their consultants can assess workloads, plan migrations, re-architect apps using cloud-native services, and provide ongoing management of cloud environments.

By combining offerings from the CCoE, cloud service providers, and expert system Integrators, NHS organisations can adopt cloud quickly and safely.

The CCoE sets the strategic direction and guardrails. The cloud service provider provides the technology foundation and training. Service Integrators execute the tactical engagements for migrations, development, and operations.

Joint governance ensures smooth collaboration. The CCoE maintains oversight of this holistic cloud adoption. Cloud providers and SIs integrate solutions within the CCoE frameworks. This allows NHS organisations to balance speed and control during cloud adoption. They drive digital transformation supported by industry leaders. Partnerships reduce time spent on procurement, contracts, training, and solution development
