About the service
Prescriptions tracking in the NHS App has been live since 25 September 2024, initially launched in pilot sites across 4 pharmacy IT system suppliers (Apotec, Boots, Cegedim, and Invatech).
We are now gradually rolling out to all pharmacy sites belonging to these suppliers by the end of 2025.
The feature allows users to track their prescriptions' progress up to the point of collection or dispatch for delivery.
This service is currently only available in England.
Now the first 4 suppliers have onboarded, we will be working with other pharmacy IT system suppliers in the market to onboard and begin rolling out the service across England.
